NBC not resolving my late brother's provident fund

<p>I have been conducting NBC holdings for my late brother's provident fund as we filled claim forms and we have provided them with every documents they required but now after all they not responding, on the 8 march 2016 i have send the documents that Likhaya Qhakamfana the senior fund administrator wanted and he confirmed he received them and told me he have send them to the consultant for assessment then since then he have not came back to me until I wrote again on the 7th April 2016 and cc azzizar nkosi his colleague still not responding when I call their land line they keep me holding for long time and my airtime cuts. Now I have a feeling that something is going wrong and I want to know what is it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me resolve this issue. </p>
