NBC not paying and updating information

I resigned from my company and three weeks ago was told when I went to the NBC office in Vanderbijlpark that my claim will be finalised end of last week. Have been going to the NBC office every day and every there is an excuse why there are no employees at the office by the security guard. Last Friday was told the lady that works at the office was on leave the whole and she will be back on Monday but this Monday she is already booked off sick this week.

Based on how many people were at the office complaining the number of months they have been waiting for months for their benefits to be paid out.

When I log on my nbc profile today, it still shows that there are no claims registered on my profile and I feel that NBC is playing for time and with people’s emotions.

I have called, sent emails and call backs but no one is responding to our communication. I am intending logging a claim with PFA but will follow this platform first before doing that. I do not understand why all nbc beneficiaries have to always fight until they have to get their money.

Lastly I have not received any communication from NBC via sms or email since resigning.
