NBC ignoring requests

I had recently sent correspondence to NBC Holdings on two occasions, received read receipts but I got ignored completely - no attempt from NBC to make contact with me. They have all the necessary documents to process my provident fund claim but they take their time... I am running out of funds to support my family and pay my bond, if I do not receive my provident fund pay out by the end of this week my home will be repossessed. <br> <br> I want my claim sorted and MY money before the end of this week. Otherwise I will take this to the Pension Funds Adjudicator.
