NBC holdings? That's a NO for me!

Iv left my job in September, it's the year 2018 November already.. After calling each and every week, going back and forth with NBC and my previous employer, Yes I'm still waiting.. The consultant I spoke to (MZO) He can never give me a straight answer or call back.. It's either they haven't received your claim or you hav me to go find out whether or not it has been sent via courier or registered mail? Damn this company is a joke.. By the time they give my moolah, I would hav grown a beard and or my kids would be at university.. So peeved off for wasting airtime time and time again on these people.
