NBC holdings provident husstle

Good day I have been struggling to get my late husband's provident fund from NBC holdings I claimed in July 2018 till to day there's nothing.what makes matters worse is that they told me that the documents I have sent are missing because they were moving offices which makes me wonder how they run business like that. It has been a lie after another . I've been referred to Cape Town to jocylen and cape Town has referred me to thuliswa in job joburg and every time I call they offices I've been told that they will call me back until I get irritated and call them back. It has been really sad and frustrating issue and they make me stupid, I want to expose them If this is how they treat people I want them exposed. I have even tried to be understanding by saying to them if these documents are really missing then I'm willing to forgive them and they must let me know so I can send them again but they can't even do that. I'm widow and that is my children's money.. imagine documents missing with all the ***** in south africa
