NBC holdings. Provident fund claim not processed

I am a former nampak employee who resigned and claimed for my provident fund which is handled by nbc holdings. My case is handled by a lady by the name Owethu who has failed to handle my claim as I am now being sent from pillar to post. All my claiming documents were submitted on the 8th of October and till today she does not get back to me. I have tried several times to get assisted to no avail.
