NBC Holdings poor service

I have been waiting since April this year for my AGT payout. I have been emailing Cheryldene and Letitia at the Cape Town branch without a single reply from them. The numbers provided for NBC Holdings Cape Town is either out of service or the switchboard is being ignored.
