NBC HOLDINGS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company is a perfect example of poor customer service. Seems like they on a permanent vacation.

I have submitted my final order of divorce abt 2 months ago after speaking to a lady named Thulisa.i wanted to claim my portion of ex husband's provident fund. He worked for Tiger Brands. I was told it will take a few days for legal to verify it.

Many emails later and still no response. I have been phoning *** if I'm lucky the switchboard will pick up my call and transfer me to the relavent person however that's where communication stops bcos it just rings continuously or conveniently is disconnected. Bearing it mind this is a private company the service sucks. They say all calls are recorded for quality purposes I would like them to pull out a call record for all the times I have called and the response I have received then they will understand the plight of those trying to phone them.

Really dissatisfied at this moment. I have read so many negative reviews about them maybe companies that are using NBC HOLDINGS should think of changing its service provider.
