NBC Holdings not paying funds!!!!
Posting on behalf of my sister who was contacted in 2016 by Datafactory. Filled in paperwork with the help of Gloria. The paperwork was submitted and Karen M handled her claim on behalf of NBC Holdings. Before the pay out, Karen resigned and my sister's claim was left incompleted. Fast forward to 2022 my sister gets told that Karen resigned and they need info. The fact that my sister has a reference number means absolutely nothing to them. I took up the fight but not getting anywhere. There was some light when Janine rep**** from NBC Holdings but she went quiet over the last few days. Sent our issue to Carte Blanche at *** Hopefully they will be interested in running a story on pension funds who treat people like this. It doesn't matter if the amount is R1000 or R1000 000, its not theirs to keep.
