NBC Holdings is not reliable at all

I think NBC should lose whatever contract or rights to handle our provident fund, I submitted a claim 14 October 2020 it's 18 Feb 2021 now and my claim is not paid to me, I visited their offices end of January and they told me that my claim is amongst the claims that should have been processed December they assured me that I will receive my funds first week of February which didn't happen, I called their offices again on 11 Feb 2021 and was told that my claim was processed and paid to me the morning of that day and I had to all 48 hours for the money to reflect in my account today is the 18th of February 2021 and still no funds in my bank account
