nbc holdings cant certisfied their client

We have app**** for my sisters kids provident fund since last year June we have sent everything they ask for, bt even today havent receive a cent every time I call them they keep on say soon soon their gonna make payment, although when I call them I need to hold for 10 mins to get my call answered.
