NBC Holdings along with Rise are refusing to pay claims due

After my resignation at my previous employer i was told that NBC has now merged with Rise. I then searched for their contact number and started calling this new company that was handling our provident fund to process my claim. Since the first day i called them i have been given different information and being taken from pillar to post. Finally last week Thursday (4 July) they told me that they would release the funds to the bank and would reflect on Sat morning. Nothing happened that Saturday. Now i have been calling the lady that has been dealing with my account and cannot get hold of her. Her name is Alice and she works for Rise . Called them again this morning and i am told she is busy and the person i spoke to took my details and said that she will call me and have been waiting ever since. This is what i go through on a daily basis. People should be careful where their employers invest their provident fund / retirement funds. These companies probably use our funds for their own use and when its time to pay, they make excuses. A whole 3 months, NBC Holdings along with Rise have been giving me the run around!!!
