NBC holdings a VERY BIG NO GO

I wish i could give it less than 1 star. If you want the worst possible service , then let NBC be your provident fund provider. After almost 2 months i havent received my claim , and they always have excuses ,even though all the paperwork have been done on my side. They are not doing their job. Its really so frustrating. Each time i call it takes an hour to get through ,then when i am eventually through nobody have the same story , each time its different. I cant believe a bussiness like this still operates. They should just close. This is the highest level of unproffessionalism i have seen in my life.
