NBC Holdings a JOKE!!!!!

I was contacted in middle of February by a tracing company called ICTS who informed me i have unclaimed fuds due to me from a company i worked far back in 1996. They then sent me documents that i need to complete and i had to provide ICTS with bank statements, etc.

I then forwarded all necessary documentation to Tumi from ICTS on the 27th of February 2018. Tumi informed me that payment normally takes 1 month so i was under the impression that i should be paid the funds due to me at the end of March 2018. The end of March has come and gone and i still haven't been paid what is due to me and i have had no communication from ITCS or NBC Holdings with regards to my payment.

Today (6th April) i called ICTS and they then referred me to NBC Holdings with a code member number so that NBC Holdings can trace me on their systems in order to assist me with my query.

A female staff member from NBC Holdings assisted me and informed me that they did recieve all necessary documentation from ICTS at the beginning of Febraury BUT due to the high volumes of claims they recieved, my funds will only be paid out at the end of April.

I then asked why they can't pay me now and ws told that its a process and because of the high volumes of claims that they recieved.

My questions is why must i get penalised by NBC Holdings because they recieved a high volume of claims? My claim has been with them over a month, what has my claim got to do with anyone else?

Now its going to take 2 months to pay me; and my claim is not for a huge amount at all!

I then asked the NBC Holdings female staff member; what is my claim amount and her responce was that they cannot give this to me over the phone and would need to send them documents so that they can email me the amount. YOU ALREADY HAVE MY DETAILS, WHY MAKE LIFE DIFFICULT FOR ME!!!!

Not happy at all with regards to how this claim has been handled, very unprofessional service and not helful at all!!!!!
