NBC Holding Pty Ltd.Poor Service Delivery

Unhappy with NBC Holdings.Good day.My father sent a pension claim 8 weeks ago for his pension and provident payouts via NBCEI offices in PE but despite numerous calls and follow up via NBC Holdings website's contact us page and calling the processing clerk in JHB multiple times there is no answer on number nor on the reception line. NBCEI say it's on the tax stage but NBC say they are just looking at it but noone is processing it yet all the documents are there.The lady who processses the claims on Friday 9 May 2025 said she will process it on Monday and call us back but to date nothing.We called NBC PE yesterday and it has still not been processed.What is NBC waiting for.We have never waited this long for a pension payout before and we cannot get in contact with them.
