NBC Holding - Not taking care of their fellow brothers & sisters

I resigned from Afriboom on the 13th of Jan 2018, I was contributing towards a provident fund with NBC Holdings. When I resigned, I informed NBC Holdings and filled in all the relevant documents and I was told it will take 4 to 8weeks to receive payment but I have not received anything. I phoned on the 26th of April and I was told that my money has been processed and I will get it soon however I have received nothing.

I am family man and I need that money to renew my licences and get a better job to provide for my family. How do you run a business and not maintain your clients. I have to do the follow ups, no one has ever phoned me or contacted me.

I need to get my money as soon as possible. Why do we have a provident fund but you must struggle to get your money. To make it worse the company is black owned but they not taking care of us their fellow brothers and sisters but anyway I suppose that just how it is.
