NBC Ghosting me

I have been trying on and off for the past 6 months to get hold of NBC, to increase our employees' monthly contributions to their provident fund

Emails sent to my usual contact at NBC bounce back Neither her number, nor the office number of the Durban branch, are ever answered Jo'burg office tells me to call Durban office (which is never answered) online queries give an error message and are not able to be processed There is no email address or phone number on their website

Starting to worry that my employees will never get their provident fund payouts!
