NBC Ghosting me

i have been waiting for six months for my money even now still waiting and when i try to do follow up no one answer even when i email they will ask for my id number when i provide it i get no respond. on feb i went to their offices they told me that everything is fine everything is fine but i haven't got anything this is no longer funny because this is the money that i worked for it was deducted every month is not like we asking for loans or something
