Nbc doesn't take people serious

I wrote a review on the 5th July in regards to my divorce settlement payout and till this day I haven't received anything. I emailed them as they said I should in my 1st review but still nothing except the rudeness from their call center and the person handling my claim. I've ran out of options now as is has now moved from 14 to 21 days to 4 to 8 weeks ai its really frustrating to be sent from piller to post with the little that i have having to call and send emails that i don't get straight answers to.
