A family member of mine that lost her job in October 2024 has submitted a claim on the 11th of December 2024 up till now we had been calling and emailing everytime with no end in sight imagine being unemployed and having to wait for more than 6 months for your money That you worked for truly disgusted with NBC we call and get sent from pillar to post and no one has answers this is UNACCEPTABLE

It's been more than a week no one has reached out from NBC and we still left with no answers they never answers the phone and does not respond to any emails it's so disheartening that you have to fight to GET YOUR OWN MONEY YOU WORKED FOR
