NBC b.s us for provident payment

My husband was working at the leather industry from Feb. He was due for payment of provident fund this month end. The lady called him last week to confirm his tax number, and assured him he will get paid at least today. 31st July. When we contacted them they are now b.s us about payment. I have my domestic worker to pay, will they be responsible if a case is open at ccma. I want payment done today. That's not negotiaable. If payment is not made today I will be left with no option but to seek advice of the media. This is no fault of ours, and they do not want to pay.
