NB Holding - ****housery

I have been trying to get a response from NBC Holdings, regarding my provident fund since mid December. I actually did speak to a consultant who advised that i could expect my payout by 25 December 2023. I was later told told, they (NB) has 6-8 weeks to resolve the matter and make payment.

It is now going onto week 11, there has not been any communication from NBC. My request for a statement of account, was also a failure.

Why do companies continue to do business with this fund, when the reviews around them are never satisfactory.

I write this review to vent, because i know nothing will be done to resolve this or the manner in which they conduct business. I feel sorry for the members that have been with them for years.
