Dear hello Peter,

I am in great need of assistance with my late mums claim from the NBC

On the 27-12-2019 mum had passed on with stage 4 cancer... We were all trying to let her recieve her funds to use for medical expenses while she was alive but in vain due to hazardous red tape l, after mum passed on I her son had supp**** the NBC with all relevant documentation which was no easy task

Due to covid I had patience with the NBC but after a year I was informed that my step dad had complicated the claim... I went back and forth with consultant lumka Dubula and afterward manager Mongezi Ngcobo where I eventually submitted whatever they needed for the claim to be paid

Up until today I have recieved false promised via telephone and email where I was informed that the claim is not in their hands but in the hands of the trustees who can only release the funds

I have attempted to escalate the matter further to no avail as there is no complaint platform

I have been to my mums clothing factory and the NBC on gale street in mutiple occasions but only to be disappointed once more.. I have all correspondence recieved on hand.
