Misrepresentation

Our Men's Organisation, Kopanang Burial Society, registered a funeral cover policy with the above company and when we inquired about the lodgment a claim, after what we were lead to believe was our probation period, successfully completed. The commencement date of the policy according to our records and what we were lead to believe was the date of payment of the first premium. According to Nbc Holdings, the probabtion period began on the date of registration. This was incorrectly communicated to us and we are aggrieved and dissatisfied.
