Mediocrity and deservice at its best
I made a withdrawal claim of my provident fund with NBC in June and to date I’m still given the runarounds with my money..Every time I call to make an enquiry I have to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before someone picks up, they then give me new stories everyday about my claim. This company is an epitome of trash and mediocrity
