Late Provident Fund pay out.

My husband was contacted by a trace agency in June 2015 and advised that he has an unclaimed provident fund with them and he needs to complete forms and have is sent back to them. We emailed the forms to Sifiso who works for TAL and was advised that it would take 3-4 months for provident fund pay out (i found that very strange as normally provident funds take 6-8 weeks). We then contacted them in October as it was approaching 4 month and was advised by NBC that no documents on file for them I was then advised that they would have it sent again to NBC. It is over 4 months now and we have still not received anything. We have to wait for the principle officer to sign it off but they can not even provide us with a timescale. I find this very bad as we have already done our part and at the end of the day this is my husband money that we have worked hard for. Seems if you email them they ignore your emails.
