Late Moms death benefits delayed

My Mom passed away in August 2017,and we still waiting for her Pension fund to pay out. All the documents where submitted including a resolution from the trustees and I was told that the claim takes up to 8weeks, I need to submit certify ID copies and bank statement which I did by Email and post. I called in for the follow up and spoke to a lady in cape town offices by the name of Alethea. when I call few weeks after I was told that Alethea she in hospital coming back on January. This thing is really frustrating because every time I call they tell me different stories. this is so frustrating. Please kindly attend to our claims and treat them urgently
