Kept In The Dark At NBC Holdings

So first for some context. I was retrenched on the 31st of May 2022 and I submitted the required documents for the payout of the pension funds a few days before the exit date. It was rather quick and easy to my surprise. But I didn't recieve any payment by start of July and enquired about it. I was then told by Cleo that it "would not be later than 20/07/2022" .

It's the 22nd today and I've been waiting for my pension payout for almost 2 months now and when I enquired via numerous emails and phone calls but only seem to get as far as the reception and anyone else I contacted working there (Cleo & Eleanor) don't answer or return any form of communication.

If this is a company you want to trust with your retirement funds or any other financial issues I would suggest looking elsewhere as their customers are treated as numbers and nothing more.
