i just want my money

i app**** for my pension fund last year January i havent received a penny i was told they need my tax number once they get it i will get my money in a period of three days last week thursday was supposed to have received my funds but i did not i was told this tuesday i will receive my money i did not now am being told friday which am aware that i will not get it so am just asking myself what games are they playing cause clearly it seems like i wont get my money back can be a be assisted about the matter.
