I have app**** for my provident fund since 07 march 2025 ive been calling them week after week sometimes they reply sometimes they dont i called again lastweek they told me my application wil be sent to sars for taxation i should call again today which i have been calling since today but no1 is picking up nd the lady who was assisting me also is not picking up her surname is FRITZ MY REFRENCE IS *** AND MY CELL NUMBER IS *** IM REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN NBC ESPECIALLY FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO GIVE PROPER FEEDBACK TO THEIR CLIENTS AND NOT ANSWERING CALLS WHILE WE WASTE OUR AIRTIMES ITS NOW 3MONTHS EVER SINCE I APP**** FOR MY PROVIDENT FUND ITS SO DRAINING EMOTIONALLY AND FUSTRATING
