Horrible Service

I have never experienced such baf service in my life.. NBC!! My Dad and I have sent numerous emails to NBC and there's never been a response. My Dad has made calls to their offices and no one picks up. He has also submitted a claim last year and months later he hasn't received a response.. This is so frustrating and judging from the reviews here, we're not the only ones. Can someone urgently call my Father and help him with his claim. Guys, your reputation is shocking and I'm surprised that employers encourage theor employees to get on to your fund. Please do the right thing...
