Horrible customer service, don't think they know what they doing

I would give zero rating for NBC Holdings, the customer service is horrible to say the least. I have waisted well over a R1000 trying to get hold of them and they do not respond top emails either.

early this year I had to write a review to get my funds paid out and to date no one has assisted with the transfer.

To make matters worse they have not declared the lump sum to SARS and I have been unable to get NBC to send the tax certificate so I can do this myself and now I cannot complete my tax returns rendering me non-compliant.

Can someone from this company assist with the tax certificate so i can complete my returns.

I also need my funds transferred to my current provident fund, I don't know why administrators are still using these guys, they are horrible
