HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION - HORRIBLE AS IN NO COMMUNICATION

Never in my life have we struggled so much to communicate with an organization. I see that reviews are being answered here, but emails and phone calls can't be tended to. At first, and also the only form of communication we've had was with a lady called Portia Zondi. She managed to reply to at least one of the many emails sent.

Guys, we are sending in the claim forms, to no avail. We get sent from left to right. How can an organization like this, that you entrust with your funds, simply just ignore you. You call, no answer, you email no response for months, you email again - JUST NOTHING.

Please can someone contact us. My husband left his company and would like to process a claim. Where does he send the claim forms, where we will actually get a response or even a claim processed?
