Funeral Palour complaint

we had a funeral cover with NBC and it was terminated from 1 August 2018 due to underwriter having cancelled. They promised to get new one but that never happened and we were left hanging. We have been with them for more than a year now they refuse to give us a letter to confirm just that hence we got our new administrator.
