Full cash payout

I have been waiting for my full cash payout for 9 months now with little to no contact between us despite my efforts. most of their contact details are false including their whatsapp contact nr. Getting hold of them is a nightmare and i asked my previous employer to contact them and their response is they say it just says pending. That means nothing to me. I want a date when i can expect my money that they never had to wait for while paying it monthly! I am from the electrical side and i am now furious and fed up with them!
