Failure to pay my late father's pension fund

My father passed away on August after he has been waiting for his pension fund from NBC holdings for six months,I have been appointed as an executor and have sent all the relevant documents in December, they said they won't take long to pay since my father already made a claim,they promised to pay first week of January and they did not,every time when I call I get excuses,I am very frustrated because I have to pay for registration for my training and registrations are closing soon.
