Extremely Poor Service and Broken Promises

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with NBC Holdings. I submitted my final documents last month and was personally assured by Gladwin from the head office, as well as K****tso Nyaku, that my funds would reflect in my account this week after confirmation that payment had been uploaded last Thursday. To date, no payment has been received. What is even more concerning is the complete lack of communication. There has been no proper feedback or updates regarding the delay. Their call centre is extremely difficult to reach, calls go unanswered and emails are not responded to. I have been dealing with this claim since 2021, and the process has been exhausting and unnecessarily prolonged. The level of inefficiency and poor service I have experienced is unacceptable. Based on my ongoing experience, I would strongly caution others before considering making use of their provided funds or services. Transparency, accountability, and communication appear to be seriously lacking.
