Extremely poor

NBC provident fund.... My provident fund was claim by Human resources on 20/January /2021. Since then I have been doing follow up on my claim. The company has taken me for a mad person. They have been passing me from one person to another. No one is ready to resolve my matter how much I can beg them to pay me my money. Mr Ngobeni was assisting me to the point he told me that he's very busy to attend to me. I must call NBC offices in Capetown. When I'm calling them in Cape Town they told that it's Joburg that is delaying my money. It's not like I'm asking for donations for Christ sake but looking for what I worked for. Even Sassa doesn't operate in this manner. There's no professional assistant in this company. It says a lot about the management and staff that I handling people's finance in this pandemic.
