Empty Promises

I've left my previous company at the end of August 2023 andcto date there's no clear answer as to when to expect my Provident Fund claim. The last time the Administrator said that it takes 4 to 6 weeks and we are on the 8th week with nothing happening. Today, I've phoned 3 times with no response from the Administrator. This sucks. I worked for my money and I have a right to it.
