Empty promises

I lodged my provident fund application on the 8 December 2014 after I quit my previous employment. I enquired as to when the fund will pay out, I was told by Olivia Brown that it will happen in 6-8 weeks from the date of my last contribution. I know that my application for payout was received by NBC on the 16 January 2015 because I have confirmation from the courier company that delivered the documents. In February 2015 I started enquiring, Olivia Brown told me that the payout will happen on the 20 February 2015. On the 20th of February, she said the payout will happen on the 27th of February 2015. On the 27th of February 2015 she said DEFINITELY the week of 2-6 March 2015. Needless to say, nothing has been paid. Everytime I call her she moves the date of payment by 7 days. This is exasperating especially that she indicated that the funds have been received from their investment company - does this mean NBC intentionally seeks to earn interest on funds intended for payout by holding them on their account for a period they only know?
