Embarrassing customer service

This is the 5th time that I'm coming here with the same complaint. Your lack of compassion is shocking. I have left details for you guys to contact my Dad and resolve his query and months later none of that was done. No one answers calls at your offices (do you even have offices), emails are left unanswered. I wonder if employers are aware of how you are treating their ex employees. Do better!!!
