dragging their feet

I was told that my provident fund withdrawal was only waiting for my original documents to be finalised but now they are telling me that my process only started last week and I should not be calling them every week. I filled and signed my withdrawal on the 09/04/2015 and they say it does not matter cause they only started to process it last week and it is not their problem that I need the the money and I just have to wait until they are done. I don't understand why it should take two months to process the withdrawal while it basically takes other companies 7 to 21 days to complete. NBC holdings are just not willing to help me in the shortest possible time. They also said it does not matter when I did the withdrawal but what matters is when they started.
