Don't pay out money - comes with excuses or doesn't respond at all to messages!!!!!!!!!!

<p>I resigned at my previous employment end of September 2017. My fund at NBC Holdings is supposed to pay out within 6 tweeks. Then all of a sudden another guy that resigned with me, he got his money, but I'm still waiting for mine. So the first excuse was that my previous employer didn't pay all the contributions to NBC, I followed up with my previous employer and they sent me a mail confirming that all the contributions are up to date. The next excuse was, after I spoke to them on numerous occasions and they confirmed that all my documents are in order, they wanted original bank statements and cerified copy of my ID. This was nou already 5 weeks into my claim!!! So I sent the documents via registered post, which took a week to get there. The person handling my claim told me in writing that as soon as she gets my bank statements, she will process the payment. Then all of a sudden she informs me that it might take another 6 to 8 weeks before I can receive payment. I am flying to NZ end of January 2017 and I still need to apply for my visa, my lease agreement expires and my landlord doesn't want to renew it, so I am in a dillema and NBC keeps on ignoring me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I NEED MY MONEY URGENTLY.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is one of the reasons why I'm emmigrating out of this **** country!!!! everyone wants a paycheck at the end of the month, but doesn't want to work!</p>
