Do not use NBC, and if you do move your funds immediately

I have been struggling for over 1 year to get my transaction finalised with NBC. I have resigned from my previous employer and the instruction to NBC was to transfer my provident fund to my new fund. This took almost six months with constant following up, then the amount was wrong, another three months, then at nine months it was transferred, and still wrong. Now Tax season is almost done and I cannot submit my return in time because the Tax directive is wrong, NBC resubmitted a new tax directive but did not cancel the previous one so now the old one is still active and I still cannot finalise my Tax return. After numerous emails to Beverly, Elisha, Innocent and Dhiresh, my pleas to finalise this is simply being blatantly ignored. No feedback, no communication and no efforts to correct their mess up. I have all in writing, and have no other choice to start formal complaints
