Dissatisfied about the service at NBC

I am alarmed by the level of dishonesty, disorganization and incompetence at NBC holdings. I have been following up on my claim for the past three months without any success. First I'm told, they can't find my claim forms, then I'm told my claim is at the authorization stage, only to call in today and be told that there was a system error and my claim was canceled. Had I not called in when would I have known? I am overly disappointed by the way my claim is bieng handled there by The manager (Michelle Peterson) and the team which includes Philile Mhlinza and Siphiwe. I am disappointed by NBC at large because this is not the first time I'm writing about them here on hello Peter, but it seems they are not even moved by bad reviews. People of South Africa be alarmed, do not invest your funds with NBC.
