Dissapointing and failure to oblige to their promises

I’m sick and tired of being sent from pillar to post by the NBC holdings employees. Everytime I make an enquiry about the payment of my provident fund I am told about 48 hours. My claim was made on the 8th of October and till to date they are giving me the run-around. I’m always forwarded to speak to a lady by the name Owethu, who always tells me it sorted. This company is failing me.every week I make a follow- up and it’s always the same story. 48hours.
