Dishonest Service

In Feb Mr. Alfred Mahe received a call for his Tiger Brands unclaimed funds. Every document was submitted to NBC and he was given two - three month waiting period for his payment. it's July now we still getting different stories from NBC Employees, I spoke to Karen end of June and she asked that I make a follow up with them again second week of July and she issued me with the Ref number ********** , when I called on Monday 09.07.2018 she said that they busy with banking verifications then payment will be processed end of this week. Called her again this morning, she's telling me that the Lady busy with Alfred's claim is on Maternity leave, now she *Karen* will be taking over the Claim funny that Monday she never told me that there is someone else responsible for this account. I'm so disappointed at the services I'm getting from NBC, the amount of dishonesty shown by their employees is so annoying. It's a pain dealing with this company I must say
