DENIED ACCESS TO MAKE A CLAIM

For some reason I cannot log into to make a claim. My colleagues told me they have been denied a claim. I'm denied access after I've logged in. I don't know of any other method of communicating with this company. Some of my colleagues have moved to another retirement fund company and they have already received their payouts. I'm regretting not making the move when it was available never did I think I would struggle this much.
