Delays in Provident payout

I was dismissed from work early July 2019 and nearly 4 months later I am still waiting for my Provident claim. I am displeased at their lack of communication from the PE branch throughout this whole process. No feedback at any point, just me having to call them each time to be told the money will be in last week of the month or next week and I am still waiting. Had a talk with them again this morning and they said they will call me back and again I had to call them. Really terrible customer service and I really do not know if i can trust them when they say next week again!!!
