delay on provident fund

i left my job on 31 may 2015 and App**** for my provident fund on June they told me that i will get my Money after 6 weeks, i called them again to do the follow up then they told me to call them after 2 weeks cause its not yet processed, i called them again today, they told me that its still not processed i should wait for 4 week, it seems like they didn't even bother to look at my claim form. i'm unemployed now i need my money.
